Find your Personal Values

 



Identifying your own personal values can be well… invaluable.

I was first able to do a version of this exercise as an adolescent. While it was helpful then, taking it as an adult has been life-changing. As you experience different milestones and mature, your values will often change.

My most recent results were wisdom, curiosity, and vulnerability, with efficiency being a close fourth!

This exercise from the amazing Brene Brown takes about 10-15 minutes. The results will give you a great basic foundation to values-based work, and you may even learn more about yourself.
